This should be a busy day for us as we need to get a lot done within quite a short day. Our next deadline is on Tuesday so we will be needing to get forms, shooting, editing and possibly uploading all done in that day. It will be a challenge but I think that if we have a brief meeting at the beginning of the day, that we will be able to assign roles for the day, deadlines and make sure that everyone is working really hard.
Forms will need to be made for using equipment and shooting and signed by Nick/Pete (My role)
Shooting will then need to commence promptly (actors and Loz on camera and myself on sound)
Editing will need to be started and hopefully finished (we will assign this role at the start of the day, as it has been changed for each episode)
We will also need someone uploading the video and promoting the episode (editors will be uploading the video and anyone can promote the episode but I will mainly be doing this on our deadline when we air the episode, linknig it to Facebook etc)
