We have gathered some feedback from the other group, for our first episode. We all commented on our own episode but then also on the other groups. Below are the main points of criticism that we received from others and some of them appeared more than once I have put numbers next to them to symbolize this.
The clock shot is too long and becomes boring (x10)
College's don't normally hold detention in a computer room
At the beginning the sound isn't very good but improves as episode goes on (x3)
The bleeping of the swear words gets annoying
Shouldn't really have any swearing - not needed (x12)
Some acting is over acted and unnecessary, however, one actor is enthusiastic
We will be working on all these points to improve our next episode. There will be no swearing in the next episode and we will be having rehearsals. We will also keep an eye on the sound to make sure that it is consitantly good quality and we will take into account that are shots may need to be quicker and a lot clearer to explain to the audience.
