Today we had a brief meeting in our production group, we had to see what else was needed to get completed before we start to edit the first episode and we discovered that we were missing quite a lot of paperwork which we forgot about.
As I am production manager I decided to write down all the pieces of paper work and we then would work out would do which piece so that it would get completed quicker. Below is a list of what we needed to get done and who completed each.

All of these were completed today so we are now ready to move on to finish a small bit of filming and then editing for the first episode.
Today we have also come up tasks that we need to get done by Monday, Wednesday and by the end of the week. I need to write model release forms, permission and risk assessment forms for Monday and by Wednesday I need to make sure that I have editing the sound track and uploaded it to MP3. By the end of the week I need to make sure that all of the paper work all correct and to start the next set of forms for the next episode so that we don't get behind.
